People ride bicycles and walk for health, enjoyment, environment, and transportation. Public transit (i.e. LANta bus) means mobility for people of all abilities and should be supported by Lehigh Valley’s cities, boroughs and townships.
CAT is a member-based organization, promoting, educating and advocating for bicycling, walking and public transit in the Lehigh Valley for 24 years. CAT aims to support an awareness that cars are not necessities, and for those who choose to drive cars, it is key to respect the role of bicyclists and pedestrians on our streets.
