Our Rides
Our rides are social, fun and inclusive. We do weekly women’s rides, weekend rides and more. Our pace is social and no one is left behind. We aim to give riders the confidence to ride more on our streets and trails!
Women's Rides
We typically hold weekly women’s rides on Tuesday evenings at 6 P.M. We usually meet at the Charlie Brown Ice House on Sand Island in Bethlehem. A fun and social ride, we ride either towards Easton or Allentown at an easy pace and no one is left behind! Often times, we head to a local spot afterwards and share an adult beverage!
Weekend "Bakery" Rides
Everyone is welcome on our weekend bakery rides! We meet at the CAT Co-op on Broad street and ride on streets and trails while typically making some fun stops along the way for snacks and drinks! We ride as a group at a social pace and no one is left behind.
"Over the Hill" Weekday Rides
Anyone is welcome on these fun rides typically on Monday Mornings. We ride on a combo of streets and trails and often have a coffee stop!

CAT also coordinates Outreach Rides in concert with partner organizations to bring new people into bicycling. These rides maximize partner organizations with strong client bases seeking opportunities to engage in the community. Outreach rides do not require participants to have any specific level of fitness or biking ability and are tailored specifically for each group’s goals and needs.
Bike rides are organized by CAT-Coalition for Appropriate Transportation. CAT envisions a world where bicycling, walking/ADA accessibility, and public transportation prevail.
Bike rides are being completed in partnership with the Lehigh Valley Greenways Conservation Landscape. Funding is provided in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, Environmental Stewardship Fund, administered by Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, Inc.
