Celebrating Our Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening

Ribbon Cutting

We are incredibly grateful to the more than 100 people who came out to celebrate our ribbon cutting and grand opening. Seeing so many friends, partners, neighbors, and supporters gathered together meant the world to us. We were overjoyed by the outpouring of encouragement from our wonderful Lehigh Valley community. Thank you for showing up, believing in this work, and helping us launch this next chapter together.

Even you missed it, please come on down and get a little tour! We are at 33 W Walnut Street in downtown Bethlehem.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Our ribbon cutting was a powerful and meaningful moment in CAT’s evolution. Surrounded by community members, local leaders, advocates, and longtime supporters, we officially opened our doors and marked an exciting milestone for CAT.

The ceremony gave us a chance to reflect on the work that brought us here — and the shared vision that continues to move us forward: safer streets, stronger transportation options, and a more connected community. Cutting the ribbon felt symbolic of more than just a new space — it marked the beginning of expanded opportunities for advocacy, education, and collaboration.

Special thanks go out to Mayor Reynolds, the City of Bethlehem, and the Bethlehem Parking authority for their support and partnership.

Grand Opening Festivities

Our grand opening celebration carried that energy forward in the best possible way. The space was buzzing with conversation, connection, and curiosity as people explored, asked questions, and learned more about our programs. We also led a coffee walk, mini bike clinics and a demo ride on a Lanta Bus.

From community members eager to get involved, to families stopping by to see what we’re building together, the day felt joyful and welcoming. It was a true reflection of what we hope this space will always be — a hub for people who care about walking, biking, public transportation, and making the Lehigh Valley a place where everyone has transportation options.

We’re just getting started, and we’re so thankful to be doing this work alongside all of you.
