Anne Felker

Anne supports CAT as a League Cycling Instructor, leading a number of rides, including CAT’S weekly women’s and Over the Hill (for retirees +) rides. Bill has 30 years’ experience as Owner, CEO and President of various tech companies.
David Gottlieb
Dave grew up in Michigan where he fell in love with cycling at an early age riding his banana seat Schwinn through his neighborhood.Dave’s fondest memories are riding the annual DALMAC with his father traversing the five-mile Mackinac Suspension Bridge on Labor Day. As a CAT volunteer, Dave has transitioned from working on spreadsheets to being up to his elbows in grease, repacking bearings, and truing wheels. Dave also serves on the CAT Government Relations and the Youth Bike Committees.
Emily Roland
Emily believes that there are few things as liberating and joyful as riding a bicycle. Her passion for cycling started when her parents strapped her into a bike trailer to go on “bike hikes” for ice cream. Now, she can be seen doing the same except she’s the one pulling the trailer while her dogs await their pup cups. As a student and resident in Burlington, Vermont and Portland, Oregon she took to the streets on bike and experienced first-hand the empowering feeling of having designated bike lanes, thoughtful urban design, and a community on two-wheels. Not to mention efficient public transportation! As the manager of the Easton Farmers’ Market at the Greater Easton Development Partnership, she continues to promote biking and public transportation in the Lehigh Valley to make our communities more healthy, safe, and fun. Stopping to smell the flowers is a lot easier on a bicycle!
Jennifer Cunningham
Jennifer has worked in alumni relations in higher education for 18+ years, and has put her fundraising, event planning, and marketing skills to use as CAT’s Board Vice President for the last two and Fundraising / Marketing Chair for the last three. As a League Cycling Instructor, Jennifer planned three CAT overnight bike trips and also leads some women’s rides. She’s commuted by bike, foot, and/or bus almost her entire working life and rents a bike in nearly every city she visits, in part to get ideas and inspiration about how to make the Lehigh Valley a friendlier place to get around without having to drive.
Jennifer Swann
Jennifer is committed to increasing individual mobility. She’s worked on the CAT board for about a decade to improve pedestrian safety, cycling education, and access to public transit. Jennifer previously served as Board President, promoting and shepherding many changes in the organization. As a result, CAT has grown in its ability to procure funds, expanded membership, and initiated new programs.
Kyle Lebouitz
Kyle is a mechanical engineer and is currently the Director of Technology for the Release Etch Division of KLA. The mission of CAT aligns well with Kyle’s interests since he enjoys cycling, working on bikes, walking and walkable neighborhoods, and the increased use of public transit.
