Registration is OPEN for our second CAT Women’s Bike Overnight!
(sponsored by Adventure Cycling Association and Lehigh Valley Greenways)
Women, transgender, and nonbinary CAT members learn the basics and joys of bike travel in this supported ride from South Bethlehem to the Little Red Barn Campground, near Lake Nockamixon.
A donation is appreciated, but this is a pay-as-you-can experience, designed to get more women confident on your bikes and with camping.
Thanks to grants from Adventure Cycling Association and Lehigh Valley Greenways we are offering this one or two-night (you choose!) biking and tent-camping experience for a really reasonable suggested donation!
Here are the basics:
Friday, August 16
Breakfast in South Bethlehem, then ride to Little Red Barn Campground via Greenway, Saucon Rail Trail, a few quiet roads to Little Red Barn Campground, about 25 miles
We’ll have mechanics on call and an option to have your gear sherpa’ed by a driver.
A few weeks prior to the ride we’ll do a zoom orientation with all you need to know. In the meantime, email JENC@lvcat.org with any questions.
